NOTICE OF DECISION
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

You are hereby notified that the appeal of, Joseph Segien, regarding, Article II Section 204.4 for an “AREA VARIANCE”, to allow construction of a garage within the side setback requirement, has been GRANTED, subject to the conditions listed below, by the affirmative vote of at least three members of the zoning board of adjustment.
CONDITIONS:
Encroachment into side setback not to exceed seven feet.
Note: The selectmen, any party to the action or any person directly affected has a right to appeal this decision within 30 days. See New Hampshire Revised Statues Annotated, chapter 677, available at the Town Office. This notice has been placed on file and made available for public inspection in the records of the ZBA on 07/24/09. Copies of this notice have been distributed to the applicant, Planning Board, Board of Selectmen and Building Inspector.
