ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE


Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at 7:00 PM, on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 in the Town Hall Conference Room.  This hearing concerns an application to modify a granted “Special Exception” by Take Thyme Out Gourmet Café, for property located in the R/A district, at 8 Mill Street, Map/Lot 19/11.  The applicant is asking to change the hours of operation to: Monday thru Sunday, 6:00AM to 11:00PM.
