ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PUBLIC NOTICE


You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2010, at 7PM, in the Conference Room.  This hearing concerns an application for a “USE VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Section 204 and 208 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Adam and Jestine Miller, for property located at Laurel Lane, Tax/Map 15/8 in the R/A district.  The owners are seeking relief to allow the subdivision of a buildable lot and construction of a residential dwelling on a class VI road
