Kristen has a very strong passion for dance. While most people start dancing at age three, Kristen started at age sixteen and immediately fell in love. She has done most of her studying throughout New England. Kristen started studying Hip Hop and then widened her studies to Modern, Jazz, Ballet , Tap, and Lyrical. At age seventeen Kristen became a competitive studio dancer at regional competitions. While attending Rivier College in New Hampshire, she was part of their competitive dance team.
Kristen then transferred to Hesser College to obtain her Associate Degree in Business Administration.
Kristen has been teaching locally for five years. She started her career as a volunteer cheerleading coach for her home town, New Boston, NH. Kristen’s dream is to pass her love of dance onto each child she has the opportunity to teach. Kristen is continuously keeping up with the latest choreography and training as a dancer. She does this by going to conventions, workshops and taking master classes. She has studied under world known choreographers such as Cathy Roe, Bob Rizzo and recently with Christina Aguilera’s Back to Basics tour dancers to name a few.
Kristen spent her childhood growing up in New Boston, NH. She resides in Manchester with her fiancé, Shawn and their daughter, Kayla. Kristen is happy to be giving back to her community while sharing her love and passion for dance.
